Background
Alex Harris, Owner of Brite Star Construction, LP and Coastal Cove, LP began searching for a product that would be unique to Padre Island but is very successful in Florida. After visiting many towns, Alex focused on examples of homes in Seaside, Florida and Key West, Florida. This project combines townhome construction and affordable coastal construction. The project has a total of 31 units and a shared pool. At completion, the 31-unit complex will be valued at $4.3 million. Brite Star Construction™ has been involved in more thatn $25.1 million in projects over the past 2 ½ years on North Padre island.
